This is a dressy diver @ 39 mm, screwdown crown, mustard dial with full set of numerals i.e. 1 to 12. There is a chronograph version with the same colour dial, both only 500 pcs produced in late 1990s. It is not a LE though.

There was a time when many watch manufacturers wanted to make a diver with an orange colour dial ala Doxa. I guess Zenith jumped in too.
Zenith's movements are in-house.
This watch dial, under different lighting conditions, sometimes appears more yellow and sometimes more orange.
