Recently I acquired this piece at quite a premium price range (over rm3K). A discussion with other fellow Seiko collectors suggested that this model will still soar in price due to its very limited production. Do share your thoughts on this

That maybe a possibility. Even the current pricing now exceeds my expectation for this model. However, it may be hitting its limits soon as it would be hampered by its branding. Just my 2 cents. Still, congratulations on a great pick up.

Thanks, I've been eyeing on this model for quite sometime. Only pulled the trigger after a few nudge from fellow collectors lol. Most agree the price will still hike for a bit since it's getting more rare.

Not something i have seen before but i guess i am late to this hobby. Looks very interesting and not something found in today's offerings from Seiko

To me the most desirable Seiko model ever is the Seiko RAF 1 7A28 - 7120. Military issued, fully serviceable quartz movement with no plastic parts, 1/10 chronograph (check out how the chrono resets), bead blasted case, matt black dial, interesting pusher and crown layout and best of all, 37mm.
