Choc delights!!

Beautiful! Hope my watches age as gracefully  :D

FYI, for a moment there I thought "anti choc" was a spelling mistake!  Then I realised it probably meant anti shock in French. Wear it in good health

It freaked me out too for a while. But I thought that Seiko would have a good reason for it (like it was a homage to their original watch 100 years ago) and decided to take the risk.

Glad I did! Having seen and worn it in the flesh, I love this watch for its clean and simple dial. Plus its striking!  Just wish that Seiko would give me an insight into their thought process ... but then again, guess not  :(

Same here..
The watch dial is absolutely beautiful....perfect in fact but the date window spoilt it completely...
another area of improvement is a longer second hand that reaches right to the edge of the dial and curved downwards like the GS second hands

A Seiko with an enamel dial for today ..... though must admit that I have wondered why the date apereture looks like it has been punched through? Sifus?

Seriously, that "punched out" hole actually stopped me to buy it

Cool watch with special lugs. Without the lugs, it reminds me of USS Enterprise spaceship. haha

Thank you mate! I hope I age as gracefully too!  :Laughing_on_floor:

Yah, at first, I was also wondering why it's named anti-choc and I was intriqued by the contrast to its appearance.   ;D

Watch and rental for the week.

If only cars is this cheap and roads is this straight. How come we get such a raw deal in car accessories? Engine capacity restrictions I would understand. But a USD30K car sure does come with a hell load of cool accessories that beats a RM150K executive saloon car hands, legs and every appendage down.
