Another gem. Congratulations

That gilt dial is amazing. Not bad for a watch that's about to be 50 years old.

Thanks Alvin, unlikely for me to start another line with Damasko as they have only a few in-house movt models and of all, I only like 2 so far.
I'm attracted to Damasko due to their tough ice hardened case (supposed to be scratch-proof unless it a diamond cutter), scratchproof  bezel and high tech movt with silicium escapement, EPS balance spring, screw balance, ceramic bearings, etc.. Only a few brands have this technology like UN, deBethune, PP, Omega, etc and their cost is much2 higher..

A chrono version with their in-house movt (with a module on A35-1) is on the way. We'll see how..

Merry Xmas..

Primus,

This watch is meant to be the mother of all beaters in my mini collection, a real knockabout watch unlike my other watches.. so if it can't take a little christmas foam, it should be put on sale shortly…
ho ho ho……….Merry Xmas
