hey guys!
It's been a while since I posted - been a lurker most of the time. haha
I've recently bought a pre-owned PAM 90 J-series 2007 from a reputable watch dealer in Subang - but realized they gave the wrong Manual in the set. I was sure to check everything else - the COSC card, the Warranty Card, the Stickers - all checked out, but not the manual booklet. They were kind enough to offer a refund, but I decided to keep the watch. It seems the previous owner sold the full set to them but gave the wrong manuals as he sold other Panerai's elsewhere too and may have gotten the manuals mixed up.
But I also realized that the Manual seems to be the Contemporary version (I received the GMT version, but actually need the Power Reserve) like this:
while the Warranty Booklet given was the older version like this:
I just want to check with you Panerai sifu's out there, is the Warranty Booklet accurate? And is there an older version of the Manual Booklet for PAM90 from 2007 or earlier models to match with the older Warranty Booklet?
Ps: the pictures above are not my actual watch/booklets
Thanks!
