The Oris Chrono TT1 has just been serviced in Jan 2013 and warrantied till Jan 14 but only by Oris Singpore.
I would rate the condition at TZ 90% as both just serviced by Authorised ORIS service center in Singapore. Unfortunately, both do not have box with them. Just watch.
