from the bokeh background of a wristshot.... u can tell so much....
must buy u a drink 1 day....

actually u r right... love this place because of the overall feel...
a park in front of a house is always SUI... + 50' wide road + 30' setback of building with fenceless design.... its hard to find another in klang valley....

This place looks very nice indeed. Its rather hard to find this sort of nice neighbourhood and surrounding indeed. you have a very good taste and skill in sourcing this.  :thumbsup:

Nice watch with nice neighborhood

Initially i thought it was in Lake Edge,Puchong. It did remind me of spacious area and fence-less design

Nowadays developer can pay a lot to get a good graphic designer
So it's not easy to find a developer who can deliver
If u can't read plan n no time to study then pay the expert
Because by the time the tree mature n look nice I'm sure the price is much higher...
