Show us your lume shots and we will likely know whether it is a replica.  Alternately you can allow some of us to smash this thing against concrete wall during the group meeting.  We will know this easily.   ;D

Ps just don't use this to block the baseball bat from your wife when she found out you have spent her LV bag money for this!

Nope, my bed frame no dent, not sure got hit or not  :Laughing_on_floor: no fat cheque la, otherwise I would have gotten the PP  :Blue:

Rubber strap?

takashi78,

Yes rubber strap, locally sourced 'tropic' strap. Wish I could justify the cost of a real Swiss Tropic strap. Thus far this is the only watch from MKII that I like other then the TR 1000 (3 units delivered so far?).

My apologies for posting my future watch. What can I do? I got a bit excited for winning an auction. I suppose it's only fair, as wrist shots from the past are apparently acceptable.

Anyhoo... to appease the MWF gods, I post this 100% genuine timekeeping device in accordance with forum policy, and thread topic (i.e. watch worn TODAY).

BTW, I took it out to sea again last weekend.

Please excuse the crappy, reasonably-dumb-but-lucky-value-investor photo skills.

GMT +2 københavn : Brought this 2 along for the trip

Manage to drop by Franz Jaeger & Me; the Danish AD for Linde Werdelin and tried on the new Spidolite Chrono. A cool shop that also sells pre-owned watches and other big boys "accessories"

Was really tempted to get this LW Two-Timer but since I already have a ETA2893 powered watch and not to mention no VAT rebates on preowned, guess I have to put this in the back burner.

Was shown the new 8500 PO in another AD and was quite impressed with the build. Retailing at DKK31100 with no discount and 19% VAT rebate.

did not want to strap it on fully and stretch the strap. although the boss is nice enough to let me fiddle with it all i want...

it sits curves around the wrist quite well i would say. on how comfortable it is on the long run...not sure about the answer.
