AFAIK original, there are many cheap ones on ebay but they all look new, there don't seem to be imitation faded/vintage bezel inserts on the market.

These are achieved by bathing a new bezel (whether original Rolex or not) in mild chlorox (as we all learnt in our science classes, aluminum is highly reactive with acid). This means that both the front and reverse of the insert are faded, whereas if the insert carries a natural fading, only the front will show the fading. I remember there is a write up in VRF on this, maybe you can do a search.
