Finally got a reply from Sinn in regards to my 857s.

Thank God for me and my habit of perusing through my Spam folders periodically. Somehow i find that Gmail does not like emails form watch companies. The e-mail from Sinn was directed there.

Anyway, to cut the story short. They would rectify my predicament and change the whole casing and extend the warranty period.

I received a breakdown of the repair order and found that the cost of a new case, sulfide capsule, and warranty extension cost 580, 55, and 670 euros respectively.

now is just a waiting game for it to come back

Ain't I glad that I got a Sinn knowing that they are tops in service...not that I need them..yet

of course their service are good....i posted pictures and my complaints about the watch in all watch forums ..WUS, TZ, SG-ROC, MWF with detailed photos and sent the thread link to Sinn   

of course they must honour their warranty..    not scared of bad publicity meh?

yes!! definitely!!

my first e-mail to them about the lume pip dropping off was not even warranted a reply!!!!   

so if they chose to ignore me ...might as well i make sure i am heard "REAL" well and make sure they take notice of my e-mail now.

if i need to blackmail them to get my point across...i would definitely would not bat an eyelid.
