Suggestions for a lady's watch below 20k

need some help from the forum sifus.
been at this hobby for a few months now, and i must say it's plain addictive.
unfortunately, some of my surfing time n immense reading has been noticed by my lady boss.
before i get some "sounding", i'd thought i'd get her a piece to calm her down.
her birthday n our anniversary is coming, so i'm planning to get her one within this 2 months.

budget is below 20k.
currently she has a tag aquaracer WAF1415 (daily beater) and a rolex datejust w/ pink mop.
so the new piece shd be a leather strap which is versatile to be worn to work or for the special night out.
