The shop is in Ikon Taman Connaught, Cheras. They have some grey market Tag Heuers priced really attractively. Legit? Any experience dealing with them?

Tag Heuer doesn't appreciate value at all, pre-owned price are cheap as chips (2-3 years old Tag are easily 30-40% off from brand new). If you show the link here maybe can advise.

I would avoid Carousell for expensive items, too many conmen/conwomen on there. If he has a physical shop then no harm bring a friend to go check it out first.

Agreed with the Carousell part. However I don’t think I would be able to tell if it was original or not even by looking at it in person haha

haha in that case you will need to buy directly from Authorised dealer/Boutique.  ;D More expensive but peace of mind.

You can ask them to meet you at the tag service centre so you can get it authenticated before buying. You probably have to bear the charges. That should give you peace of mind since the prices are really good.
