Hey guys, I am considering one of two watches.. Rolex GMT Pepsi or batman? Both are amazing watches but really cannot pull the trigger and I am so hesitant between the two. What do you think?

Well, assuming you’re just considering the SS models, the new ones are only jubilee bracelet, so if you want an oyster bracelet you need to go old batman. The Pepsi has more history and is rarer than the Batman, but again you’re not buying a watch because of how rare it is (I hope not). The Pepsi also has more ‘copies’ (other brands with same colour scheme).
So the easy question is just do you love Red/Blue or Blue/Black?

Personally I preferred Pepsi. I like the Reb/Blue combi and it is more attractive with jubilee. Batman blue/black colour looks mostly like a all black GMT.
Nothing wrong on both models and you will eventually buy both at the end.. ;D ;D

Both are beautiful in its own right. Things to consider would be the RED/BLUE or BLUE/BLACK color combo and the jubilee bracelet. personally I like the jubilee bracelet on the Pepsi as it gives out the classic 80s look

Hello all sifus, I am new to this forum. I would prefer Pepsi over the batman due to its classic blue/red bezel but unfornately I have have yet to get a chance to see both watches physically in any Rolex ADs

Saw them both at the AD.
I Preferred the batman in the new bracelet. So ended up buying that.

A few months ago. The AD was not displaying them. I guess he was going to call the clients instead of putting it on display.
They did the same thing when I bought the White faced Daytona, he showed me both and said take whichever one you like.

Pepsi is slightly rarer and has more history. But love the colours on the Batman..

Batman without a doubt. Cool shade of dark blue. Masculine and sleek.

I prefer the Batman for its subtle dark looks. I am curious of the way you put it, as if these watches are readily available for purchase. Mind sharing where did you find them ;)

Which AD did you go to?

Its an overseas AD (currently where I am living and working).
Earlier you could walk in and get most sports models (even got my submariner at a discount). But in the past 2 years many grey market dealers have been buying up stock and hence less availability. According to the sales person, they don't display any of the hard to get sports models and only call select clients to let them know about the availability. Like last week of December i got a call asking if I wanted the Sea Dweller 43 (they did not have it on display).

It all boils down to your own preferance as the end of the day, you are the one who is going to be wearing this timepiece and you have to be able to smile each time that you look at it.
I have been more biased towards the Batman though never been a fan of the jublee bracelet
