My theory on the 2nd statement - oil prices going up, gold prices will go up soon:
When oil price goes up, all other commodities will go up as the production/processing of other commodities rely on oil or oil related products like diesel, gas etc. Hence as production cost goes up, the price of the commodity also rise.

Just my 2 cents worth of opinion.

Hello Denny,

You are right, as investment in gold is quite risky as it is very precious metal and there is high risk for storage and security. So, according to me we should do our investment in stock market/share market so that we can keep away the security risk factor. You will definite get a good profit as soon as you will get experience for that. Start doing investment in Stock market.

Hi, little survey.
If there is a HK regulated Retirement Scheme that can generate ROI 24%p.a, would u consider this option?

Hi, ini untuk kaji selidik,
Jikalau anda diberi peluang untuk menerima 24% setahun untuk jimat wang di produk dana dari HK, sama seperti EPF, anda melabur ke tak?

Firstly, you were telling us you got to buy it backed by ur thinking tat is a good investment because the place is going to be future pj town. Then u said in 2017, property price will be high as per prediction by everybody.

But lastly, you ask whether you are making any sense?

I dont understand. Are you not sure ur investment choice? But you sound so sure.

Win or Lose

Marrying a rich wife with a dying dad consider investment?

For the moment I would still prefer foreign currency (like USD, SGD) as investment till year end. Not gold, property or others :)
