Hi All,
Just came back from a vacation in Penang and put on a few kilos.... :D :D :D.
A lot of the weight came from the wonderful food....especially from the outdoor food courts. It seem that everywhere you turn there is one and the variety that is on offer is really quite irresistible.
So, back in KL now and getting a bit depressed because these outdoor type food courts seem so hard to find. I have no issues with the indoor ones in the malls but they really can't hold a candle to the atmosphere one gets in the old fashioned type out door food courts. The kids also would have more fun in such a place I think.
At last count, I know of only the ones below :-
1. SS2
2. Taman Desa (not sure if its still around)
3. Rasta in TTDI (although not really the Chinese type one).
Anyone can add on where else good outdoor food courts can be found in KL?

Food Republic in Pavillion also not bad

do consider taman muda cheras...mixed rice street....at least 3-4 stalls selling mixed rice...each stall at least 50-60 choice of dishes...

I think the food court near klcc area at four seasons hotel is pretty good but non halal.
