This a vintage 18k white gold manual wind Patek Philippe 3430 probably from 1967 to 1968. Its size is 26.5mm x 26.5mm with thickness at about 7mm.
19800 beats per hour with Geneva Seal. It's calibre 23-300.
Accuracy is pretty good at +2 second/day.
The white gold hands and baton hour markers are shinny and stain free.
It goes well with long sleeves shirt as it just so easy slipping underneath the cuff.

I don't come across a lot of square watches let alone a square Patek but damn! Nice, clean dial and a beautiful movement! Thanks for the review, mate!

the shape itself shows the rarity of the timepiece

Its archive extract certificate looks gorgeous too. :D

Spent another RM 3k to get this authentic Patek Philippe 14k white gold buckle.
Phew. Finally finito!
I got it completed with a right size and thin leather strap, a PP certificate, and a PP white gold buckle.
It's so nice to slot it back to its authentic PP box.

In the PP box.
