Hello Mate:

Recently come across the citizen Automatic watch.  Citizen is very famous with the Eco Drive, but his Automatic watch, is it his own technology or simply just OEM by others?

Not surprise. Intel chips also made in Malaysia for worldwide distribution. OTH, creative product design is less likely done in Malaysia.

This is very nice, i love the blue dial. I am wondering how is orient compare to seiko in terms or quality and reliability? I have never owned an Orient before but really looking to get my 1st.

in general, the orient stars are comparable to the seikos running 6r15, in terms of both movement and quality.
so this particular one has been compared to the seiko sarb / spirits, while orient star have their own divers which fall somewhere in between certain prospex divers and the MM300.

It is pretty good if that watch is more than 2 years old or so.
