the strap is actually brown gold in color to match with the Seiko and GS lable as well the second hand painted with gold, keep my original bracelet for good too afraid to get it scratch :p

two biggest thing to say about GS, detail and smooth !

Lovely limited edition..
Its so accurate, you'll end up wearing this most of the time if this is your only SD.

Breitling is seriously under represented in this forum.

Breitling SuperOcean II 42mm Orange limited edition, taken today.



Interestingly lets contrast this watch with the year 2000 model 42mm Breitling SuperOcean that I bought off a MWF merchant. The metal bracelet would not fit so I had to replace it with a Flieger style leather strap.




Which would you prefer? The new one, old one, both or neither (hate Breitlings)?

for me it is no longer about getting superocean or not. 42 or 44 that is the question.

Hey Rusmin, in fact these Zeniths were in my sight a couple of months ago!!!! One watch looks warm, the other looks ice-cool.  And both are competitively priced too if I remember correctly (that is, not too far above a normal El-Primero). Go get them and post lots of pics here!!

Hi, shark,
I am pretty sure the watch does not automatically jump from 28/2 to 1/3. This is an annual calendar watch, not a perpetual calendar.

Maybe rusmin (or some owners??) can confirm......I seem to recall the watch also has no quick-set date function. I can't remember about the date/month setting though. That was 1 factor which dissuaded me from getting the watch although it was a pretty awesome watch for the asking price. Since I do not foresee I'll wear the watch everyday, setting the date/day/month each time before I wear the watch may take some effort.... (I am lazy.. )
