Buy More Assets instead of Liabilities
« on: March 26, 2018, 09:57:29 PM »
I always prefer to buy properties or land instead of cars or luxury items.
It's always better to buy something that generate income for you instead of spend your money every month.

For me had 6 properties sold two of them really up to you and have 3 cars my first kancil in 1995 after 10 years bought a saga in 2005 than bought another car as my wife don't want local one so bought a vios in 2013.

Well, you are here in this forum... so it'd only be a matter of time before you got swayed to the dark side, mate

some popular watches actually appreciate…gmt2, sub etc but generally most luxury items don't right?

there are way better ways to invest money. These certainly aren’t going to fund your retirement plans. It is something of value that you own outright and can be exchanged for cash if needed.

It’s a bit irony to have this discussion in this group. Haha. But yeah. I think right now there’s lot of us more open or educate ourself in the stock market. With all the pandemic that happen this year..there’ll a recovery wave too after this. Just hold tight and hope we can survive this big wave and ride the wave later.

Agreed on this topic. Sport Model Rolex can consider as asset? Raise about 5%-8% every year. Can enjoy the timepiece and no loses. Just a newbie opinion ;D
