It is good to see the Bahrain GP is a go after much bad publicity on what's happening in the country.

Congratulations to Vettel, "Iceman" Kimi and Roman Grosjean for taking the podium. Vettel finally won his first win in 2012 after 4 starts. Kimi was good, and I believe he is not over-rated as he still has that "winning instinct" coupled with a good car and a good back room team. I always believe if the driver is good but given an average car, he can only do so much limited by the car limitation (check out Schumacher in the Mercedes who started at no. 22 but finished 10th overall in Bahrain). If an average driver is given a good car, he also can reach certain level as he is either handicapped by his experience or the know-how to push more of his car (eg. Nico with his Mercedes who won in the M'sian GP but finished 5th in Bahrain). But if a good driver is given a good car, he can do wonders like what Vettel and Kimi has achieved in Bahrain.

Only one person can out drive an ordinary car, and that person is Alonso!
Look at how the Ferrari sucked thise 2 yrs. But yet he still can find some way to deliver a good drive.

Did anyone notice except for the main grandstand the camera didnt show audiences in other parts of the track?

Angry Birds Rocks!!

Hamilton won at Canadian GP to make it 7 different winners in 7 GP races and lead the Drivers standing. In 2nd place is Alonso followed by Vettel, Weber & Rosberg. Iceman Kimi is in 6th position.

Lotus did well in the constructors standing by being 3rd after Red Bull and McLaren-Mercedes.
Ferrari and Mercedes were in 4th and 5th position.

Man... it was a nail biting race until the last laps...
Maldonado taking out Hamilton was really crazy...
You can see hamilton fuming and throwing away his steering wheel... lol

typical maldonado.....rather stupid i think....
and i think when he won a few races back, it doesnt do any good to him, it just boast his ego and he must be thinking that justify all his actions...

in my opinion he dont deserve a spot in F1....and his win is a bleak....
same goes with senna....and karthikeyen....all hopeless....

I dont see Maldonado crashing into many people.

Sorry but i think ALL F1 drivers have BIG egos! If not they would not have be here and most of them were former champions of a lower formula.

Maldonado was GP2 champ and so is Romain.
And i see Romain crashing more LOL !

But at least this turned out to be the best Valencia race of so far and this season is not the usual yawn fest.

Lets have more F1 discussion this thread is not moving fast enough haha

Just my personal view
Romain & Perez is at the same league, genuinely fast but being young they need to control their anxiety......

Maldonado is more reckless....he take everything as racing....He crashed with alonso at final lap in australia, where else he could score good points, he crashed with perez during practice session which really unnecessary as it is only practice...and recent race with hamilton, in my opinion, lewis is holding his line, maldonado is not even on track at a time, so he should really back off and attack later....

but just my opinion :)

Ya, still a reckless young punk, mar.
But I believe that given some time to gain more experience. he will go somewhere in F1 Race.

talented people lose f1 seat because of people like pastor...last time it was him or hulk...they choose pastor for his money...
hehehe....

but some driver like perez could prove their worth with the money that they bring in...

Looks like you hate Pastor to the max eh.

Lets see, GP2 champion and won a GP once.

The Hulk? Also GP2 champion but still to win a GP.
Wanna talk bout reckless driving?
Find his A1GP races.

Cant wait for British GP this weekend!

ya la...memang banzai style....lucky no one get hurt badly

so what is your view on F1 this year, for me personally...i enjoyed at first, but now having doubt.....it is the tyre issue...

in fact, i have start thinking this could be pirelli conspiracy just to spice up the race, what if they supply different grade of tyre to different team, sort of every race weekend they actually give 10 or 20 % advantage to different team....that explain maldonado and nico's win....and button sudden flop....and their sudden opinion on schumi after schumi heavy criticism, they even think that schumi could win in monaco or something....owh i love this kind of conspiracies.....muahhahaha

back to reality....i hope kimi and romain would win ....soon.....

and who would have thought ...alonso and webber could lead the championship and ferrari would be able to make a come back after disastrous start....

I just feel the older generation is time to leave and let the new kids into the sport.

To me Webber not that big of a name to stay....

agreed...on the first statement...

but on the second, i always see webber is like button...they are not extremely fast like hamilton, alonso and vettel, but they are calm and with circumstances is right, they could surprise anyone....

but yes, he been around for years, it is time to let one of the new kid to come in....
