I'm a huge B&R fan so I'd say Bell & Ross although the design may not appeal to you. If not then I'd say Omega is a good start!
And you dont have to worry about servicing and all. From personally experiences, the movement of my watches have almost never failed me. Some can last for years without a need to service. I go by the theory that if its not broken, dont fix it. So you dont need to service the watch until it gives you problems. And most times, inaccuracy is due to magnetism which can be fixed without opening the case and usually quick and free of charge by service centers. Once warranty ends, you can always go to a reputable watchmaker to service it at half the price. Cost is quite manageable for most movements especially ETA.
