Title: Seiko TV Watch, 1982 (is this true??)

Yup, its true. But AFAIK it was only available in Japan & US.

Google Seiko DXA001, 002 and T001-5000, T001-5019.

It has an external receiver the size of a walkman to be attached via a cable. TR02-01.
