Title: Would u buy a TT instead of SS?

Would u buy a TT(retail price) if u cannot find any SS at retail price?

if yes, submariner TT or GMT TT?

I would for certain models. It would be the GMT TT over the Submariner TT for me.

I would go for the 116613LB. But you normally need not pay retail for TT pieces. SS pieces, as usual, go at a premium.

Not a fan of TT sport model, for me, the Rolesor just doesn’t fit in sport model well. Normally need not pay retail for TT, but AD is starting to ask for full retail price on sport model now. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Well, by today's standards, all s/s or WG does seemed to wear better and integrate into societal acceptance better. If Rolesor does not speak to you, try Rolesium. That luxurious silver, different from s/s or WG, is just very captivating...

Always SS.

But if you have to go TT, I would say GMT. Doesn't feel right to have gold on dive watch.
