Hi Malaysian watchfans! Just uploaded a video on Seiko 5. I think the history might be interesting to some of you guys. :) I'm also reviewing 2 of my own Seiko 5's.

A fan of Seiko here... Owned a few Swiss watches here but still think that Seiko has the best for value and quality

WOuldn't push it that far but definitely good value for money. :)

I like Seiko 5 because of its price range are easy to afford for most of the watch collector, also it makes a lot of homage watch.
I used to owned a Seiko 5 Submariner (Sea Urchin), its my first "diver" watch. Obsessed with the design and love it so much.
Sell it after 5 years cause my girlfriend complained i got too many divers watch. :-[ :-[

As many have said, it is the gateway to automatic watch ownership. Though IMO, that title has begun to be passed down to Orient now. I've owned 1 special collector's Seiko 5 and wouldn't trade it for anything.
