Title: IWC 3777-01 Pilot Chronograph

Hey everyone, did you guys notice that this model IWC release is kinda easy getting scratch on the watch body? My friend have one of it and he just used for a few months and there's a lot of scratches.. He say he did take care well but still it is easy to get scratch..
Any idea on how to remove the scratches or to prevent?
