Tudor Iconaut on Rubber Strap
« on: November 08, 2009, 09:39:32 PM »
When Tudor introduced the Iconaut back in 2008, the watch was not so well received by Tudor's traditional fan base. It drew lots of criticism for the colourful dial design and the large numerals on the bezel. But I think it looks not so bad on a rubber strap. Tudor seems to agree because this year they have introduced a rubber strap option for this watch. However I was informed by Rolex Center that the accessory ap would only be available locally early 2010. In the meantime I have to make do with this OEM silicon strap purchased from Red Army.

Yen - Is the (strap) edge/s been cut to fit this Tudor?. Or it is a good fit (without cutting) to suit your watch?.

I am almost a recovered watchaholic, but last checked shows only 70% recovered. How?

Hi Chris,
The maratec strap looks great. I wish I had seen it before purchasing the silicone strap.
By the way Rolex Centre informed that the Tudor rubber strap for the Iconaut will be coming in sometime January next year.
They don't know the price of the strap yet.
