Orient 200m Diver - CEM 75001B
« on: October 28, 2009, 01:30:56 PM »
Hi guys,
Just want to share a quick and dirty image of the new Orient 200m diver which I picked up not too long ago.
The case size is 44.5mm (w/o crown). Water resistant to 200m. The steel bracelet is heavy and solid. There's a date pusher at two o'clock position but not visible from this image. Great value for your money.

I share your sentiments there. I've never owned a Tag and probably never will.
However I'm not implying that Tag don't make good timepieces, it's just that I've yet to find one which really appeals to me.

Back to the topic at hand, the 200m diver costs a fraction of the Orient Star diver, so really there's no comparison in terms of value there.

Tag fan here! But no worries... not offended  ;D

But lately, Tag has been releasing some really nice watches. Like the new F1 range, new Monacos.

And this new Aquaracer:
Borrowed pic

Got a Rolex look to it  ;)

Got my radar on this one. Waiting for it to arrive in M'sia.

What's keeping me from buying more Tags, the PRICE! Yes, even as fan, I feel their watches are overpriced!
Sorry to hijack the thread...

sorry to provoke further....

tag mechanical line not my cup of tea so far...
some f1 pieces is good looking... but i do not like quartz !

and tag is the most popular watch in malaysia.... highest in sales... doing better than rolex....
so do not get angry tag fans! i'm different compare with majority... so its my problem!

i only once nearly buy a tag super professional.... a 1000m divers!
this is the model produce before lvmh bought this brand....

Agree with Yen. Tag has been trying to move up market but it's not there yet.
Quality is ok but nothing fantastic.
