James,
They probly lumped Malaysia in the same cat as Indonesia and the like where pilfering is rampant. They might not even have shipped anything b4 to Malaysia!!
I have had dozens of USPS packages sent via registerd  mail for cheaper watches up to rm10k and have lost nothing.Thing abt USPS is that they can fully insure the contents up to  a high limit via EMS and cost less than US$50.Can't rmbr how much the limit. My last item,a Rolex LV was sent via EMS.4 days  and I got it.I had my PAM112,Rolex black sub,PAM176,B&R-02,Planet Ocean ,among other cheaper ones, all fedexed, some uninsured pulak..Touch wood, never lost anything

you are da man!

Of course, some sellers will try to be clever putting "horological tools" which kita punya kastam dun understand...

now that will stuck somewhere (especially using USPS). and retrieving from the pos malaysia in LCCT is pain in the a$$.

cheers

Guess what guys?I broke my promise. I  just committed myself to buy a vintage 96 Rolex datejust half gold in super mint condition. So much for "no more watches for this month " :HammerHead:

Damn!! Blame it on the weak USD and depressed pre owned prices in the US.Make hay while the sun shines

Bro,

Some of them list as  used timepiece which went thru fine
