This is a long overdue post which i owe to TJWN.
To summarise, i bought an Armand Nicolet watch from the states and realised it had a minor defect after several months of owning it. Contacted AN swiss directly who helped fix the defect however not to my satisfaction. approached TJWN (World of Watches 2 Bangsar, authorised dealer for AN) who then helped me fix the defect locally under the international warranty scheme.
Satisfied with the effort and sincerity shown by him and WOW2 in solving this issue. Thanks again!
