White Gold Submariner
AP rubber-clad in Rose Gold
AP Diver SS
GMTII in SS

Too rubber clad in Rose gold is sporty yet elegance.. U may consider 5167R too..

Depends if business is in long sleeves or casual. The AP models are definitely thicker than the Sub or GMT.

Are you set on those pieces as the only choices?
Personally, I think the Polar Explorer 2 would be good as the 1 watch for the 3 activities you listed.

The watches you picked are not in the same price range, pitching them together isn't very fair actually.

In this given list, White Gold Sub is the most luxurious (also most expensive), thus should be the winner in this bunch.
