Hi! Just to want know which watch frequency is better - 18000, 21500, 28800 or 36600. Does it mean higher vph, the better the watch accuracy but wear & tear faster.?

It is not absolute, but in the general rule ;
1) Higher VPH tends to be more stable and accurate
2) Higher VPH wear and tear faster - service interval is still 2-5 years depending on brands
3) Higher VPH draws more energy from mainspring. But you should look at the power reserve rather than thinking about this.
4) Higher VPH hands are more pleasing to the eye due to the smooth sweep.
