Some say with this price point might as well get a watch with an InHouse Movement. What are your thoughts on this BlackBay model?

I thought its Sellita, but probably I'm wrong.

these things are very personal. if the in-house movement makes u happy and pays a bit more, then get the in-house movement. the only person you need to convince is urself. however, you will feel bad about your choice when someone comes around and convinces u otherwise. so once u make up ur mind, stick with it. there is nothing to prove here.
