Is it still under Rolex's Warranty? If so, I believe you can send to an AD and they will send to RSC in KL...

penang has no RSC, there's only the one in KL. u could try to go to an AD and ask them if they can help with the adjustments, but anything too involved and they would just escalate up to RSC. Or u could go to outside servicers, since it sounds more like a clasp alignment issue

Can introduce any reliable third party watch repair guy? I can bring up to kl in the future when I go down there. Thanks a lot!

the submariner clasp is double locked so it's odd that it "keeps coming off"

care to share a little more info/pictures?

I'm not all that familiar with KL, but have heard good things about Timepiece service center (tsc). Although if ur going down to KL u might as well just go to the RSC.

If in PG, I would suggest Thiam Seng watches, near the stadium.

Not sure if I would classify that as faulty. Looks like it is broken.

same thing I was going to say..

now, not trying to be rude but is this even an authentic clasp?

this looks like a very odd failure and from the low Q picture, it even appears attempts have been made to "fix" it.
