staying near the hakodate national park is a big waste when we dont even have time to walk around....

after the hotel breakfast... we are on the road again

yeah baby... the wet market

now looking at this photo, i regret not finding a place to eat this super big asparagus... some more got white color...
i shd blame myself for focus too much on seafood

still i miss out finding more about this black king crab as well

got ourselves this for the journey later

super sweet.... and big !

after some shopping.... we sit down for

grilled big clam, not fully cook, not sure it is intended, so our lady doesnt like the fishy taste.... bit like giant cockle sashimi kinda taste! but i like it alot!

grilled abalone - love the texture, its a freshness thats makes the different

grilled 'mao dan' prawn.... look at the eggs.... this is so sweet... never taste this prawn b4, i will rember this taste forever! its hell expensive actually...

dessert

yum yum.... just 2 bites.... u will remember it for life.... for its price and sweetness.... u can get this in isetan actually....

when i thought i'm done... i heard this is good for men !!!

and it is opened fresh on the spot

so.... die die take it

before leaving.... the ladies spotted this... round 2 dessert

no women can resist ice cream! true.... no women can resist hokkaido ice cream.... CONFIRM !!!
only hokkaido rich taste, creamy and milky milk can make this great hokkaido ice cream...

our journey inclusive of going up to this tower which hv a great view of the only western castle in japan
and this is a good place and good season for

SAKURA... yeah!!!

but only few trees start opening... we were unlucky, the weather changed, snow a week b4 we arrive at hokkaido spoiled our plan.... so as some japanese who also booked their place for sakura, picture tells, most of the tree still in winter mode

the next destination .... reflecting our feeling, the HELL Valley in  noburibetshu

love scenery... i capture some photo from noburibetshu to Sapporo...

we were brought to ramen street and then to eat at 'yat fong tong'...

bit disappointed... not bcoz of the ramen is not good, its great but we can have this in KL Pavillion now
night still young, so we decided to walk around the street.... to look for supper and found this ramen shop

i now believe hokkaido is the place for ramen... many recipe originated from here

Chris,

How do you do it?
I mean, storyboard in mind, then you shoot.
Or you shoot 1st, the storyline comes later.

And usually how many photos for a day to make it interesting?

Come for the BBintang gtg.

I'm a lazy guy. Never think so much... I see, I like, I shoot... Jus capture what m I seeing...
No setting, In jpeg, 90+% in auto mode, with my 1st gen pana m43, the gf1, With the pancake kit lens...
I jus link up the photo with my story... Otherwise boring...
Nvr count how many photo I shoot a day... Jus bring extra battery...

U made me think how to answer u.... That's tough... Maybe u shd ask jacky... Who travel with me few days there...
