Mini GTG at Kota Kinabalu May 2013

I have been informed that a Mod will be coming down to KK for a family trip on the 24th for a couple of days.
I am trying to get a mini gtg organized.
I do hope local Sabahans can come and join in.
Besides a few usual suspects, I have not seen anyone in KK yet... lol

Date: 24th or 25th May 2013 (I will be out of the country on the 26th onwards)

Venue: TBA

Time:  24th is a Friday, working day so I am thinking evening? Dinner?
         25th ia Saturday, half working day. So maybe a lunch or afternoon yam cha session?

Friday is usually a working day. Saturday/Sunday is best for me.

Can't take a long break in KK as I will be in the west for the whole of the week from 31/5-6/6

P/S. Is the red tide issue over?

What??  :o Donald can swim? Be careful, the Sulu fellows may kidnap you. Or the TLDM may think you are a Sulu intruder (with your almost botak crew cut) and call in the planes to bomb you.... ;D

I thought red tide was when seafood was not safe to eat.

Actually, i don't swim. I don't mind to just float around admiring the bikinis...

LOL.. don't worry , we have plenty of deep water fish here, red tide only affects the shallow creatures so not shells and clams and so on ... and the sulu are pretty far away from us ! so no worries.. ! KK is safe !

Ahhh.. love the shells and clams. Since that's clear, I'm very interested indeed!

I'm more worried that with my "almost botak crew cut", I might be mistaken for a member of the armed forces and becoming a Sulu target...  :Laughing_on_floor:

LOL..!!! sorry .. typo mistake...  " not = no "  . So the shells and clams are indeed affected ! but then don't worry... red tide is cleared as today la! l :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

hahahaha.. u guys know me too well already.

As it is, I can't say if I can make it just yet. The GTG is happening the week before the Gawai break so I'm worried there may be final push of work before the break.

It was a fun and pretty fast 4 hours.

Thanks to Spiderboy who showed up even though the venue was changed in the last minute and for bringing the AP ROO Titanium just because you thought I was an AP hardcore... (which I think I am) hahaha
