An unexpectedly fun race to watch. Congrats for Hamilton (and all hamilton's fan out there) for his 1st win this year, also first win with Mercedes. Also congrats for Williams to finally scoring (Yay!).

Kimi's 2 pit stop pays off once again, lucky this time Lotus finally man-up and not go chicken like in Germany. His fending with Vettel during the last two laps really got me chew my nails off.

And Romain, real nice driving, I think he is actually the best performer in tonight's race, for putting up so much epicness and garnish it with that turn 4 overtaking. Yes, I do think he should really work with his spatial awareness, but that drive-thru penalty is a bit harsh. What do you guys think?

Wow, Sepang is the most expensive circuit, and Monaco is FREE!?

No wonder Sepang facilities is quite bad IMO.

Monaco free cause of their "prestige" as a venue.

Mind elaborate? I can't link bad quality with high price here. I thought since FIA is spending more $ in Sepang, it should be better facilities then.

Dude you have it reversed.
Sepang is PAYING Bernie to host the race.

Money all spent to pay them, you think lot is left to "upgrade" Sepang?

LOL.

No wonder it make no sense at all.

So to put it in another way, Monaco has the highest appeal so Prince Albert II just sit there and FIA come begging, while Malaysia is paying big money so Bernie will not ditch that circuit. Now am I right this time?

Just like the so called "Monsoon Cup" at Terengganu for the yachting fraternity where our  government is paying for the event to be stage here to boost local tourism. It is a terrible waste of money. Could have been better spend on school, hospital, roads, policing, etc.

This guy is a loose cannon. I think he deserved the penalty.

Running into Button is a bit reckless, and that post race penalty he deserve, but I think the drive-thru penalty for overtaking Massa is too harsh. Massa is pushing him of track, he is simply avoiding collision there.

Agreed. The Massa "incident" was uncalled for.
Of all the recent GP2 champions i think Romain is doing quite ok. Granted he is in a Lotus.

I think The Hulk would do much better if given the same car.

Hulk was ruthless in A1GP !

So glad that you can see eye to eye with me. I have high hope for Romain.

I would agree too Hulkenberg can be great if not because of Sauber. Heck, I think he would have done even better if he stay in Force India. He still own the most successful A1 driver title, of course because the race is no more, no way anyone to have broken that record too. Btw, words is that he might take over Kimi's place in Lotus next year, or even race in a Ferrari. High hope for him too.

Just had an idea, to ease of the boredom of summer break, why not compile the most memorable moment (can be epic win or fail) in the legendary Spa?

I'll start first with this, which I rank as number 1 memorable moment.

Senna saves Eric Comas.

The picture don't look telephoto to me, I estimate the focal length to be around 28-35mm.

Refer this picture as another angle of La Source.

See how close the photojournalist are with the track? And the barrier wall is not really high, so Romain's airborn last year will be freaking terrifying.

Best overtaking move in Spa.

Mika overtaking Michael, lap 40, year 2000

on-board camera look even more impressive, just very blur.
