Report can be. Lodged 24 hours...
Some station you can only purchase copy of report on office hour!

This is correct. Reports can be lodged anytime and you can have a copy of the report but the official copy of police report can only be obtained during normal working hours after paying the RM2 fee. Don't understand why they cannot collect the fee outside of normal working hours.

Yes. IPCMC was strongly objected by pdrm...

Last Monday when I drove from south towards town at km4.3 besraya in the morning

A Van slamp into my lane n forcing me to brake hard to avoid the crash

While I did that, a bike behind me bang me...

After u evaluate the situation n get down from my car to check my car damage n the cyclist situation... The cyclist and few other cyclist start blaming me for not considering bikers n shd not drive in left lane, left lane is for bike, i must compensate... Bang ppl take so long time to grr down from car dont k ppl death n bla bla bla...

Since they do not talk sense I just told them I brake bcoz of van switch to our lane, n all lane is for all vehicle... N I said no need to argue... Lets go police station

Busy day, I made report at Kajang station are 5pm++
They told me investigation officer is at serdang branch n I must go there... N that branch moved some where in Kinrara, number from system all can't b reached...

So after few failed calls to the Sarjan, I called to the station asking for address and transfer line to the Sarjan .... Was told the Sarjan /IO not in his place but asked me just go...

I seek permission to go later since its crazy jam to go Kinrara tat time... They said b4 1am is ok...

I reached the serdang police station at Kinrara 5...
Sarjan not in the room... After waited a while he came... And ask me to wait...
Bout 20mins he summoned me to his room...

He asked me to explained...
After I did that...
He just said he only found my car side got scratches... I must hv switch lane n bang the bike!!!

I said no, back of my car have scratches as well...
He said no, he didn't see... I said yes n y not v go down to c it now... He said no need, he already checked just now, no mean no...
N want to summon me ....

I never give up n keep saying he must proof to me my car hv no scratches at the back...
He asked me to use my phone n shoot a photo to show him...
I said y not use his camera, he said no...
I almost want to said the burden of proof is on the accuse!!! Fxxk!!!
So I went down n shot with my phone... When i back to his room, 2 runners sitting in his toom talk cxxk.,, i Shown him photo...

He said that is just dusty... I said so obvious n u refuse to believe, y not v go down...
Then he said must b I bang the bike from the side them the bike turn n hit the back...
I said I suggest to u that the bike bang my back n turn n hit the side ...
He said he not at the scene he can't tell...
Only evidence tell...
I asked bike damage which part, he said front right...
I asked him show me the bike photo... He said no need...
I said I remember the bike bang straight to my car n dented in front...
While I scrolling my phone... Trying to hint him I got the photo...

Runner open mouth n asked what is my intention...

I said I m not at fault n I shd not be punished by summon n let the biker claim my insurance...
I won't claim since only few scratches on my car n knowing no runner will do it for me!!!

After a while the IO gave up n return me my license n asked me to go n said both side can't claim other insurance

Wtf... In Msia

Every time there's a meeting with every top Police Chief of all states... the 1st thing that came up is "Tak cukup Konstabel"
And gomen never budgeted enough for police forces... that's why all police low pay and not enough numbers...

Hate to say this, but were they dropping hints that things can be speeded up considerably with some "grease"?

Inefficiency suddenly disappears when they have an incentive - if you know what I mean.

Such is the Malaysian way.

1. Fairness is depends...
2. Making report is troublesome

Fairness depends on who can "grease" the authority who have power to decide.
Making report is NOT troublesome, if you have :
1) grease the party concern and/or
2) depends who you know in the office the report is made.

Agreed with the last sentence.
With the transformation programmes, some places improved but generally, the Force still "sucks".

True. Once got incentive, the whole machinery is very, very efficient, you will be treated like a VIP.

This is what we got as a taxpayer? Professionalism and integrity is not there.. Try to make our life difficult even thru what we want is merely a humble fairness..
