As the dial suggests it's a Rolex Cellini. Where did you come across this?

My girl friend's old watch,  a gift from her ex.  She didn't wear it for a long time. But i couldn't find a photo online that could match this watch. Either its too old or its a fake  ;D

Take some more photo with different angle.but with this only photo,I would like to tell you that this watch is not genuine Rolex.( not sure yet) I need more photo.i will explain then,
