Lost World of Tambun
« on: October 29, 2012, 04:48:04 PM »
Hi all,

Just came back from a short trip to Sunway Lost World of Tambun...
Well, here are some of my remarks.... Although didn't take photos...

1. Hotel is new, so, facility is good and clean.
2. However, reception only got 2 counters, so it's very slow!!
3. Area is kinda quite, peaceful (except for some children shouting all the time).
4. Theme park is OKOK, mostly water activities. However, seems like too little things to play.
5. Hot spring is OKOK too, with different temperature at different pools, from 36 to 45 degree.
6. Went over to have food in Restaurant Rasa Lain. Had a clay pot tang Hun with crab, salted prawn and fish ball, all 3 is perfect!
7. Going back to hotel, as the hotel does not have it's own "cafe", so outsourced to PapaRich.... Well, you can only CHOOSE 1 item from a very limited choice of food for breakfast.... Lol
8. Just before heading back, had Ong Kee chicken, as usual, nice!

Overall, a good place to retreat and relax... And enjoy soon good food....

With the rain pouring down during the inter monsoon period, you need to be extra careful going up any mountain resort.
