Congrats CK

You ran 21km in 2'54 (first time?), you should be able complete the 10km in under 1 hour. Time increases exponentially with distance. You will be able to run a little faster since you'll just need to stretch your "power reserve" over 10km as oppose to 21km.

Offcial result:

Rank BIB No      Gun Time   Net Time      Split 1
1462 E-07162    02:55:14   02:54:12     01:13:30
Men's Open - Half Marathon (Men)

My first 10.5km still within my target time of 01:15:00
Second half was just too slow  :HammerHead:

@hush, second time joining SCKLM. Not so confident in finishing 1 hour for 10km, maybe I aim for 1:05 hour.

jogging really helps to tone and trim ur muscle.....I jog for the sake of healthy reason. Jogging wise, at least 30 minutes for health reason, 1 hour for slimming purpose.

I usually jog after work, n occasionally wake up at 6 to run in the cool breeze where u still can smell the dew in the air.

Bro siodee,

This is not marathon running.
You can even bring  small children to participate in Terry Fox Run as this Fun Run is for charity.
No need to be very competitive, but for charitable and health purpose.
I have taken part in one of TF Run as photog about 5 or 6 years ago. Was a former runner till my knee gave me problem some of the time.
