First Malaysian Paneristi GTG last January.
« on: April 17, 2011, 07:28:14 PM »
Hello Everyone.

Just got the following photos of the Paneristi GTG at Overtime Restaurant in 1 Mont Kiara.

The Paneristis.....

The food with the BBQ grill in the background.......

The obligatory "Table Shot" of the stash....................

The stash just laying there......

The big barrel of beer that we made short work of.....

The guest of honour.......

It was an enjoyable evening. Good food, good company and making new friends. This hobby is unbeatable.

Hello Chris, the food is good and I was surprised they served pork. The watches are wonderful and a delight to try each one on. There is this burning sensation deep down when you do that and you just must have one. Unfortunately you just can't.

You can see from the watches, Malaysian Paneristi's are also following the trend of buying Historical models, hence their high prices.

And Oh! The crazy people.

Yep. A whole bunch of grown-ups drooling over each others watches. People sitting at tables next to us were staring in disbelieve.

Luckily you guys were watching from afar.

If I am not mistaken it is a Luminor Tantalium, a special edition where the case is made out of Tantalum, very heavy metal and looks dark.

A rare piece.
