It's GPHG season and you can see a lot of new / unique watches in the list.

In late 2021, I joined an ametuer watch group and we started a new watch project spearheaded by Bill Sander (Youtube Channel owner - WatchArtSci). The project aims to have a high horology piece with a special movement & finishing.
First, we focus on the movement. As we want a special movement, the top movement manufacturers are our choice, including Agenhor, UWD, Vaucher and others. We settled down with Agenhor as they also looking forward to collaborate with the group to design the movement for us.
Agenhor has designed multiple movements for the top brands including Hermes, Van Cleef & Arpels, Faberge, H. Moser and others. Most of the watches have competed in GPHG and won the award.

The movement for Lyrique Étude N°1 is AGH-6801 with AgenEse to unhesitant movement of the eccentric second hand and AgenPit regulator for easing adjustments to the hairspring without using collets nor a regulation lever.
Followed by the watch case, we are fans of tear-drop lugs, hence the watch case is inspired by a vintage car tear drop design. We are fortunate enough that Voutilainen & Cattin accepted our request to manufacture the watch case. For experienced collector, Voutilainen is a famous independent watchmaker and most of his pieces are using tear-drop lug watch case.
For now, our watch is competing in GPHG, feel free to visit the youtube video for more information:
