A long day indeed. A day mixed with anger, sadness, happiness and ended with me thinking about watch collecting, and if to continue with a particular brand. SIGH!

Anyway thanks for the forum and a place to vent some steam.

Yes sir I did. It was a case of love did not go well. Just like the B&R. love the watch but ownership experience ruined it (well B&R service ruined it). Such is life.

Yes, life goes on whether one is feeling "up" or "down".
Love your military pieces, hobbit.

Nice collect indeed. Anyone have Rolex submariner  16610 vintages collection as well?
I am actually planning to let go my pre-owned Rolex submariner 16610.  :)

As I am coming to the end of my watch collecting, I decided to post my entire collection here. I hope you guys don't mind (at the same time I am trying to improve my watch photography). I will try to post a couple a day, based by brand or theme or collection. I don't think the collection will change much, changes being additions or subtractions via my current streamlining process. Please note that I will only post the photographs and what the watches are. Also the watches may not be fitted with the original straps or bracelets or may even just be the head only. Hope you guys enjoy watching them as I am posting them.

I will start with the following:

Panerai: from left to right, PAM183J, PAM00111H AND PAM00003B.

Nice  collection ..............

Nite MX10-201 (NSN 6645-99-133-5227). The same watch issued to the UK Special Forces.

Nice and simple, been searching high and low from the bay / net for a cheap tritium watch, but mostly price north of US200 :(
was hoping to get below US100 or some where around there... love your watch collection BTW !
It was like revealing your most precious possession

Dear Sifu Hobbit,

Browse this thread before but decided to do in detail. Spend the whole night(or rather morning). Real "awesome collection". Thanks for sharing and learn a lot from this thread (from other forummer) as well. A real "SIFU" indeed.
Cheers!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all. I will update this soon (once the shift is completed). Recent culling exercise has reduced and changed the collection.

This is my collection as it stands today. Pieces that you do not see have either been sold, traded, being sold or going to be sold. The entire military collection will be sold (some already). As for the Casio G-Shocks, they are being sold slowly to a local collector and I might be keeping a few (yet undecided).

Will there be changes to the collection? I cannot say no as I know that I am still looking at the elusive 5513/14060/14060M. When will this happen? Who knows. Friends locally have been 'most helpful' in showing me some 5513/14060/14060M. However it is safe to say that there will not be any major change to the collection now and in the future unless I take the drastic route of change brands. I have to say that I am done. Even when I got the call for the PAM00372, I went, looked and left (without the watch).

The collection (apologies for the poor quality of the photographs):

The Seiko boys.

The Tudor boys.

The Rolex boys.

Sinn.

Breitling.

The Omega boys.

LACO.

Bell & Ross.

Longines.

and finally the Panerai boys.

It has indeed been a great adventure and these are the pieces with the best stories.

Thank you for your time.

ck,

Ah the speedy.... my love affair gone wrong. As much as I like the moon watch, the models I truly like are the Snoopy version, the white dial 1969 LE and the 1957 replica (non date). I guess you can't have everything....
