love these home made butter- mushroom, sun dried tomato and plain
seared hokkaido scallop with crispy salmon skin, ikura... with some herbs etc
baked prawn ( fresh water maybe ) with foie gras creme brulee... etc
mushroom soup is light and freshing... after the strong taste prawn
