The BMW i8 is a pain in the ass to get in and out if its taken as a daily driven car. A 911 or R8 are a lot more practical, not to mention the lack of adrenaline as there's no proper 6/8 cylinders sound.

We do tours in Southern Africa with the BMW GS range. Have to get all 13 of our R1200GS back to BMW. But the usual problem of being in South Africa... There is a back order on the parts
