for 3k i better stay out of this one and save for a new watch. i still remember when i bought my s6 last year this time, price went down 25% after 3 months during raya. phew, i even just bought a note 5 for my wife which i paid 200 bucks cheaper than what i paid for my s6. i think wait it out and buy during raya if u can wait. technology doesnt whole price well and is a good thing to consumer too. seriously, mobile phones are FMCG nowadays...

These days technology advancing too quick so if we dont need the new features, dont have to follow. In terms of value, this time S7's deal not bad. Celcom is giving away free VR, a virtual reality device but only 2000 la. I tested at a nearby store around my hse. It felt like i's in one of those 80's movies; the one Arnold Schwarzenegger acted in "Total Recall" lol.

Well, i's at one of their roadshow in KLCC and it's packed. I guess many flocked down for the limited VRs plus Celcom is offering their plans with phone protection plan so we can chg our phone anytime. Kinda cool actually.

The newphone plan quite expensive tho.is good if you change phone every year. It's more like renting the phone.if buyout needs continue the same phone for two years, and definitely way more expensive than buy new.

Isn't there also the standard postpaid plan at rm 80 one year contract, 5 gb data plus additional 5 for weekend. Phone only at 2.7k. If happen to be at the roadshow, additional rm 150 cheaper. Take tht then.

RM80 is still good. Plus 6% GST, well within rm100 is theres company subsidy. iPhone is still too ex. Furthermore my colleagues' r using Celcom and theres no complain so far. And Celcom has even added another roadshow at Sunway Pyramid from 23rd to 27th March for those who missed out but clearly only ppl around klang valley.

Indeed, the new phone plan seems good for those who wants to chg every year. Also with company subsidy, consider a good plan. Im sure many would subscribe in time to come. Given now the phones are more competitive amongst the big boys; apple and samsung.

Yup thts similar to another Telco's offering but Celcom's xtra is the data forward. In fact, there's 2 phones under this new phone plan and it'll probably increase in time.
