iPhone 3D touch
« on: September 11, 2015, 10:27:40 AM »
Hi,

How does the new iPhone 3D touch different from what I have in my iPhone 6+ from an end user experience? I could have touch / hold longer and the secondary menu will pop up. Is it the 3D touch will have a faster response than those without i.e. does not have to wait a few milliseconds longer and react instantaneously according to finger pressure?

I got my iphone 6s few weeks ago and I have tested using 3d touch for messages and some apps. You have to apply some force/pressure for it to work and it works instantly if pressed correctly no lag/delay.

3D touch is totally different. You need to apply continuous force to activate it. Only on 6s.
