Been sitting in my drawer for some time. Bought it to get a feel of a vintage watch. Alas, its just not for me.
Specs:
Case size: 35mm (40mm lug to lug)
Lugs: 18mm
Movement: Russian Manual winding, PR 36 hours, non-hacking
Acrylic crystal, solid caseback
Vintage piece from the 70s
Purchased Feb 2010.
I was attracted to its the simple design.
Condition:
Mint. The person which I bought it from claimed its NOS. I don't see anything that disputes it.
Dial is clean. No signs of aging. Case has a small scratch between the 1 and 2 o'clock. Caseback has some swirls on the edges. Crystal has some swirls too.
No dings or dents! Good condition considering its age. And keeping good time.
FYI, the date is not quickset. You need to advance the time past 12 midnight, then the date will change to the following day. Then move the hands counter clockwise (or in reverse) past 7 o'clock, then move the hands clockwise past 12 midnight again to advance to the next day. Repeat the process till desired date is reached.
Packages includes watch, aftermarket leather strap (like new since I have only worn the watch once), and the original leather strap which came with the watch. No box, papers or warranty. I have a picture of the movement (taken by the previous owner). Contact me if you're interested to see it.
Price: RM300
