Bought a decent quartz analog flik-flak (from Swatch) for my kids. There are minute markers for them to learn albeit very small.

i remember i having hard time to read analog watch when i was 4 years old back to 80's, hence got my 1st legendary Casio digital watch from my parent

My parents got me something similar to this model back in my high school days in the 90s. The "light" function sends waves of WHAO FACTOR throughout the entire classroom. Got so fond of it that I wore it to bed, for showers and even doing "the business".

But then...I also had "that moment when another dude in class came in with a G-Shock". DANG!!!

Those were the days. LOL!

A brief story of my 2 kids watches. I got my 2 kids casio electronic watches years ago but one lost it in play school because the strap is too big.  :Laughing_on_floor: and the other watch was :HammerHead:  :Jumping: by the sister.

School activity. Interesting to note that the crystal did not shatter, it just chipped. Demonstrating the qualities of Seiko Hardlex crystal..

My boy started wearing the el-cheapo RM5 watches from Daiso Japan- I never bothered changing the batteries, when they ran out, I'll just buy another one (it's cheaper than replacing the battery really). Then I got him a Thomas and Friends peek-a-boo watch from Japan, and he started to take a liking to watches. Now, when he goes out, he sometimes want to pick a G-Shock from some of those in my watch cabinet. Imagine a hefty G-Shock on the wrist of a 5-year old; but somehow, he likes it!  ;D
