How to excite or encourage more contribution posting to MWF

imho everyone like new gadgets and interested to know/look at something new..
my suggestion is why dont mod make a new segment for new watch preview and review(new watch on the block? ) and most important its retail price(only for this segment).Maybe,to get more contribute from others to post,theres a limit for at least 20 posts to have a permission to see this segment..
